Re: Reds vs Cubs Friday 8/10

Why does the catcher have to hit 8th? Seriously, Valdez is asking Soft J for batting tips and he still hits in front of Mesoraco. I don't understand.

and there is the typical start of the game with the daunted combo of Cozart - Stubbs to start it off.

7 pitches in the first....7 flippin pitches.

The plate approach Dusty pushes is an absolute joke.

Cubs leadoff saw 6 pitches and smacked it oppo.

Cozart and Stubbs were out swinging at the warmup pitches.

Bailey has already thrown more pitches and there is a 1-1 count on the 2nd batter with no outs.

Worst outfield slider in the history of baseball.

I never understood Stubbs and Gold Glove being used in the same sentence either.
