Interesting that Hanigan is catching Bailey. Mixing it up since Bailey has been struggling, or did Mes lose his appeal?

Thinking Mes might have lost (or dropped) his appeal. Nothing has been announced as of yet.

EDIT.....2-game suspension for Mes to be served tonight and tomorrow.

Navarro back up and Ondrusek optioned to Louisville.

Re: Reds vs. Phillies Tuesday 8/21

My friends, we may be looking at the end of Homer Bailey the starter tonight. There is no way the Reds can justify sending out somebody pitching as bad as Bailey. After 5 straight bombs, they will have to make a move there.

I think the next time Bailey pitches after tonight, it will be in the bullpen where he can get fresh. This may be the last start he ever makes.

I'll say one thing -- when you get a hold of a bone you don't let go of it!

Price thinks they (he) spotted the problem in his delivery, and that the adjustment(s) will work.
