Re: 8/21/2012 Reds at Phillies

What a great great game. That was a gutcheck game, and the Reds came through. A real statement tonight.

One of the best ballgames of the year. I wanted that one bad.

Split the first two games at Philly with Halladay and Lee pitching against Leake and Bailey.

I'll take it.

What a game. Wow wow wow. I'm really starting to believe in this team. And the fact that they've done all this without Votto for several weeks is mind boggling.

They could be very dangerous in the postseason.

There's things that need booing.

Santa Claus again?

Or perhaps they're off to boo a disabled veteran with Labor Day coming up.

That would be Labor Day, but point taken.

On a serious note, that has to be one of my favorite wins of the year. Great game to watch and even better to come away with the W against a team the Reds can never beat.
