They were hitting balls that were hanging right up in the strike zone. If Latos had gotten off the mound on Beltran it probably would have been a 1-2 -3 inning.

He pulled a pitch foul that had HR distance....Latos located it elsewhere and he hit it hard where it was pitched for a HR. At some point you give the hitter credit. It's not like some of the Reds dead pull hitters yanking the sake pitch foul and getting the same pitch for a homer. This Cardinals team has a great offense with minimal holes. They are patient and hit it where it's pitched...they've been there.

Latos was very good for 5 and not good in the 6th.
