I'm pleased. Pirates now 9 behind. Kudos to those who predicted their swoon. At one point it seemed they'd never lose. Now it seems like they'll never win, especially against the Cards. Come on Bucs. You can do it!

Just saw this same photo in the NY Times with the story that Steve Pearce (the player in the pic) was traded back to the Yankees yesterday. Surely this photo was taken right after he was told by the team that he'd been traded, right?
