That should be it for Homer. Another quality start.

Bailey's innings are at 173.1. Has about 4 starts left, probably should keep him at 190-195 to be safe.

As bad as the Pirates have been lately they're still in the WC race if they can get it turned around.

Not bad. My only gripe with it is that it tends to over value Heisey.

Heisey is on fire right now but he is what he is overall. Stubbs' suckage has zero to do with that.

You fail to mention the 1st half of the season where he pitched very good or some of those games where he pitched lights out and left the game with the lead and we lost. Cherry picking stats works on both sides.

I only gave a stat for what Heisey has done with runners on base....it's not 3,000 AB but it's a telling stay for this season.

I'm not sold on Stubbs' value in CF....that what's been irritating me a bit.

Regardless, Stubbs has sucked for about the last 300 games and Heisey has been very good for a good bit....but no matter what Heisey does...no matter...Stubbs will get twice as many CF starts the rest of the way and throughout the playoffs.....and there just any basis to it.

That my friends, is a super slider. A textbook definition. Baker needs to take Bailey out, no use wearing him down anymore.
