Re: 9/23/12 - Dodgers vs. Reds

ESPN profusely complimenting Hanigan's game calling ability.

Speier complimented Bailey. Who is pitching great.

Homer's dealing tonight.... Very impressed. Hopefully he can take this tempo into the playoffs with him.

Lots of runners left on base tonight. Missed a golden opportunity to light Kershaw up.

Death to Gapper.

He has been pitching a lot better at home but with that being said, his numbers says that he is more comfortable on the road...start him game 2

Re: 9/23/12 - Dodgers vs. Reds

Kershaw at 86 pitches. Reds should try to get the pitch count up as high as possible, get him out of the game.

Bottom line, he's still Clayton Kershaw one of the best in the league and the Reds are better off getting a reliever in there. Although that Belisario guy is tough.

Valdez can't hit, but I see some value in the guy. He's versatile. Can bunt, takes a walk, plays pretty good defense (I know, he made a bad error a few weeks back).

Cairo has looked done all year. Helped having him when Votto and Rolen were both out, he played the right positions. But he just doesn't seem to have any bat speed left.
