What are your Post Season Picks?
Now that basically all playoff spots are known, here are my picks. This is assuming the Yankees win the AL east, and Texas wins the AL west.

NL Wild Card Play In: STL over ATL (STL with better hitting)
AL Wild Card Play In: A's over Orioles ( A's with better starting pitching)
NLDS: STL over WSH (STL with better hitting, experience)
NLDS: SF over CIN (CIN with no offense)
ALDS: NYY over DET (NYY better offense, DET pitching weak, offense weak)
ALDS: A's over TEX (TEX pitching weak)
NLCS: SF over STL
ALCS: NYY over A's
World Series: NYY over SF

Not what I want to see, but what I think will happen.

NL Wild Card Play In: Atlanta - It's time the Cardinals quit Medlin in other teams' affairs.
AL Wild Card Play In: Baltimore - By one run, naturally.
NLDS: Washington - A capitol idea.
NLDS: Cincinnati - Giants win when pigs fly.
ALDS: New York - Start spreading the news.
ALDS: Texas - Moneyball rules and the Rangers have the cash.
NLCS: Cincinnati - Gnats this time.
ALCS: Texas - The stars are bright...
World Series: Cincinnati - On Howl-oween.

Gotta wait until everything is locked in, still a shot every series could be different. Would be amazing if it was the Yankees and Rangers in the WC game. Sucks we sucked tonight and could have made the Cardinals sweat it out to final day with a shot to forced a 1 game playoff to get to the one game playoff.

I am NOT a Yankee fan. I have been a Reds fans since 1968...A die hard Reds fan. I posted what I thought would happen, that's all. I hope the Yankees get beat in the first round, showing the moneybags in NY you can't buy a championship. Of course I want the Reds to win, but I think we're too flawed offensively to win this world series.

ALDS: A's over DET (A's miracle run continues)
NLCS: CIN over WASH
ALCS: TEX over A's
World Series: CIN over TEX

If the Cards win the World Series again, I may have to take up needlepoint. God forbid!

Reds beat the A's in a sweep (reprise of 1990 World Series) and extend their WS winning streak to 13.
