Easily one of my all-time favorites. I enjoy their 'rock' sound more (just more my style), but they're excellent at everything they do.

When they played guitars they had more appeal to me, they are seminal for sure, and have the warmth of Pink Floyd.

In all honesty....
Pablo Honey 4/10 The Bends 8/10 OK Computer 9/10 Kid A 10/10 Amnesiac 8/10 Hail to the Thief 7/10 In Rainbows 10/10 The King of Limbs 6/10 TKOL was a massive disappointment for me and killed any desire for me to see them live on this tour. In Rainbows is one of the big albums in my early development of music taste.

They are one of those bands that I find myself "saving" albums to listen to in the future. I've gone over and over the big ones...Bends,OKC,KidA,InRainbows...but I can't bring myself to listen to the rest of their stuff till I have time to digest and enjoy then at some yet to be determined point.
When I do that it means I think the band is great. |
