Doesn't so much matter relative to what they do with the player. Teams across the country in MLB and across sports* misrepresent athlete condition to throw the other team off or because sometimes they just don't know, initial diagnosis isn't right, or whatever.
Important thing now is to DL Cueto and get Leake back on the roster. Sounds like Latos will go again tomorrow but hopefully no tomorrow. *If you want to check out a very analogous mess of a situation, check out what's happening with RGIII and his "mild concussion" in the NFL.
