Re: Postseason Scoreboard Watching
Adam LaRoche has been garbage this series outside two solo HR, Nats are up 3 but feels like they are losing just waiting for the comeback everyone knows is on the way.

Re: Postseason Scoreboard Watching
Todd killed his own chances by sucking late in the year, he only ended up hitting .273 while Harper was at .270 with 98 Runs and set the teenage XBH record in a season.

Re: Postseason Scoreboard Watching
No way the Cards lose this game after that ball just went under his glove, have some talent and all the luck in the world which is a deadly combo.

Oh joy. here we go.... Your starting pitcher is fading, then you throw in a guy with an over-11 ERA?

Lol....what? The guy throwing 100 mph and broke off a perfect curve at 82? Yeah...embarrassing indeed. He's done his part to win this game.....the pitching needs to do theirs.

The pressure of this offense is immense.....every guy is clutch or pesky/patient.

Re: Postseason Scoreboard Watching
Wow now they couldn't turn the DP, the Nats are in full choke mode hope they can get a grip on it. That mistake, the ball that went under the SS glove, Gio couldn't make a good throw to the catcher on a DP comebacker, then a WP and a walk with the bases loaded.

I'm more concerned about the 40 ERA pitcher they're about to put in.... Has the pen been that bad in the playoffs?

Re: Postseason Scoreboard Watching
The funny thing they all want to hack but teams can't throw them strikes, the Cards lead the majors in hits and runs on the first pitch. They also lead the majors with hits in 0-1 counts and 3rd in 1-0.

Re: Postseason Scoreboard Watching
They finished 5th in the majors in runs, and while they are good in many counts if you can get ahead of them in the count they aren't quite as dangerous but they love to attack and some guys like to get themselves out but the Nats keep walking them.

They SEEM dangerous 1-9 in all counts in the postseason....insanely few easy outs.
