IMO, he needs to be a starter. He should also start the season at AAA. You know we'll have some injuries this year...last year was incredibly extraordinary.

This is so true. The Reds were incredibly lucky last season regarding the starting pitching health. Maybe the Reds need a plan right from the beginning of the upcoming season for using 6 starting pitchers. I don't mean a 6-man daily rotation, but instead taking turns sitting each starter down for a little while over the season to try to keep them strong. Maybe Cingrani could fit that role as a 6th swing starter - or, if Chapman moves to the starting rotation, maybe Leake would do it.
