Getting back to the original question, there has been a manager for manager swap in MLB. In 1960, Joe Gordon got traded for Jimmy Dykes. Only time that's happened.
Of course, if Tampa were to offer up Maddon for Dusty, I'm more than willing to add one more to the list... |
