Re: Bengals vs. Houston (Rematch) Game Thread

Held the Texans to 9 points.....

Dalton needs to prove something on this final drive of the first half. Positive passing yards would be a start

I would agree.

An awful lot of booing going on from the home fans. Ouch.

Can't blame them. This game could easily be 21-0.

Gresham sure isn't doing Dalton any favors. Someone might want to remind Gruden and Dalton that AJ Green is on the team....

This team never fails to fail to show up in big games.

Defense is beginning to look tired. I guess when your offense can't stay on the field more than 3 plays at a time that happens.

Why not bomb it down the field? I've never liked the kneel down to end a half.

Re: Bengals vs. Houston (Rematch) Game Thread

9-7 at the half might be the biggest win of the year. How we're not getting blown out is beyond me.

Throw Green a screen or something, you cannot let a receiver get his head out of the game. Especially not AJ Green.

And pressure up the middle has killed our passing game. What Kyle Cook does well is still a mystery to me.

They beat the Steelers in Heinz to clinch a playoff spot while knocking them out of contention.

Yes the time of possession numbers are awful. 23 minutes for Houston and 7 for Cincinnati

Re: Bengals vs. Houston (Rematch) Game Thread

That wasn't a win or go home game. There were still other options available then, maybe not simple or easy ones, by options.

When the pressure is on, this franchise wilts.

9-7 is still a game?
