Just you wait. I watched the pilot and most of seasons 2-4 and I love it.

Oh I do love it. It's just EXTREMELY STRESSFUL. I suppose it's good television when you can legitimately feel your heart racing.

What happened to the rest of season 1 for you?

I only had so much DVR space and only so much time and I read somewhere that you could skip watching the rest of Season 1 and be OK. I'm sure they will show it again this summer before they show the last episodes.

great big shout out for "shameless"...and it's actually filmed in chicago (wm. h. macy is world's worst father and best drunk..can't believe no one around here watches it...british version (only 1 season) is a must also.)

...as opposed to "justified", which is some alternate kentucky...i do love raylan, though.

Showtime had a free preview this weekend. They had a Season 3 Marathon of Shameless on Saturday (while I was home on couch hungover). I am now a Shameless fan and ordered Showtime mainly for this show. Emmy Rossum - - yum.

Now I have to hit up iTunes for Homeland so I can start to watch that before Season 3 starts (I think I have until Fall) and maybe Dexter (but that is 7 seasons so I might not watch all seven seasons)

I gave up on Shameless at some point in season 2. It was good, but wasn't worth the trouble of seeing it.

I also gave up on Dexter 2 episodes into the Colin Hanks season.
