Pitching is a little rough in the early going. Alfredo Simon got roughed up for four runs in 1.2 IP. Nick Christiani pitched 1.2 innings, giving up two hit and two walks but somehow no runs. Wilkin de la Rosa, channelling his inner Arredondo, walks the first batter he faces.

Choo 1 for 2 with 2 runs scored. Phillips with a double and an RBI. Lutz 1 for 1 with a HBP. Frazier with 2 singles. Olivo walked twice!!!!
De la Rosa roughed up for three runs in his brief outing. 7-3 Indians. Billy Hamilton is in centerfield.

Billy Hamilton bunts on the first pitch but it goes right to the pitcher for out number one. Brantley also ready for the season, mistaking Burriss for Hamilton.
