I think it's fair to say the recent changes have gone better than anyone probably dared to hope. The board's been kind of excellent of late.

Since the relocation of the board to the new server...is it just me that's no longer seeing the "like" function? Just curious.

I believe it was deactivated about a week ago along with some other features such as embedded videos in an attempt to improve site sluggishness.

There are a number of items that need to still be updated and this is one on the list.

Is that perhaps what caused RZ to become inaccessible over the last 2+ days? I actually thought it was due to some new firewall that they had implemented at my company.

What GIK said is correct - at our old host's "advice", all custom addons (including the "Like") were disabled, so when it crashed, they were still disabled. I couldn't turn them back on with the new host until I could access the site, and that wasn't until about 30 minutes ago. Everything should be back on now.

I got the same one

Comparing that to the standard form emails you get from a lot of places, it's no wonder this site has been as successful as it has been.

Boss and GIK (and the rest of the mods) are the best.

I think there is something wrong with the "like" function. As the most popular, and beloved, member you would think that everything I post would automaticly be liked by dozens of others.

This is not happening.

My posts are currently being like by an average of 0.03 members each.

Something must be wrong.

I can't speak for anyone else but I am waiting for the "AWESOME" button for your posts. "LIKE" really doesn't convey how I feel when I read your nuggets of baseball wisdom.

Sounds like you got dissed bro. Maybe we should have a button for that too. In fact, when we get a Diss button you could be its greatest champion. Hopefully they will get the Like Raisor button fixed soon. I can't wait to be the first to Diss and Like Raisor in unison!

I approve of the above mentioned "Awesome" button.

I disaprove of the Diss button.

I'm also of the opinion that Redszone needs to be renamed RaisorZone, but I'm sure even the new server wouldn't be able to handle the traffic.
