Other than just lineup adjustments, I think your team is fine.
I wouldn't be starting Preston Wilson over ANY of those guys on your bench right now, and I'd have Russ Ortiz in my everyday pitching lineup. Ishii and Lowe have terrible ratios, but have been winning, so they're ok to keep around.
