These guys might not win a game.
Go Gators!
Anyone going to the 3 hour, 16 minute rally to sign Tebow that starts at 3:16 today?

Well.... they were bad again. On the other hand, there was some improvement. They weren't as horrendously bad as the week before, although they were pretty well dominated.
It may be harder to demonstrate improvement next week at Seattle.
Well they went from playing Kansas City to playing Oakland, there darn well better be some signs of improvement going from a decent (at worst) team to playing another bottom dwellar. If things had stayed stagnant, that would have been regression when taking into account the level of competition.
They play at Oakland, then at Seattle? Who the heck allowed that schedule? I hope the team is staying out west this week practicing, if they're travelling back home I can't think how bad the jet lag would be come sunday, not to mention the lack of game planning playing on the west coast, flying home, flying back out west and playing in one of the loudest stadiums against one of the league best teams.
no, its not going to matter in this case, but its something that should come up as a red flag for any team that has back to back road trips all the way across the country. Now perhaps Jacksonville welcomed the idea to let it serve as a "team building" get away week for the squad early in the season, perhaps they are camping out in northern Cali all week, but as a general rule, it shouldn't be allowed. NFL road games are tough enough.
Those guys are traveling by private jet. It's just not that tough on them. The coaches aren't losing any time, either. They can work on the plane.
They are staying on West Coast for the week. They did not have a choice on the schedule. They'll also do a week in London.
That's very difficult but sometimes it can't be helped. Used to be that the L.A. Rams, the Niners, the Falcons and the Saints were all in the same division. A couple of years ago, the Niners had back to back games in the Eastern time zone and they just spent the week between games in Youngstown, home of the De Bartolos.
That's rough for any team much less a bad team like JAX. But just wait till they put a team in London. Talk about your travel issues.
I believe its at the request of the owner.
I don't care how you travel, flying out west, going thru the physical game of football, flying back home, turning around and flying back west is tough.
Sure the coaches have a lot they can do on the plane, but the flight time, loading, unloading, etc.. still takes time. Plus they lose the creature comforts of doing some of those things from the comfort of their own office.
Why don't they just sign Tebow? If the consensus is that Tebow is bad, why not start him in hopes of landing the 1st pick? At least Tebow will put some people in the seats.
