His past issues were with drugs.
How do we know the assault wasn't drug related?
We don't. But even if it were, he isn't in trouble just for the drugs, which makes it quite a bit different than Josh Hamilton's situation where he was in trouble only for the drugs.
How do we know it wasn't Fraggle Rock memorabilia related?
