Bailey looks hungover. If your going to party the night before you pitch, at least showup and tough it out.

Bailey gives up a double and a walk in the 2nd, but gets out of it without giving up a run.

42 pitches through 2 innings, only 24 strikes.

I wonder if the Reds have had enough of Bailey and will dump him(he isn't going to fetch much on the market). Either give 100% or go find another team that will deal with your crap. With Thompson waiting in the wings, that makes it all the easier.

You can't honestly be serious. The guy is only what 20 years old? 21? Yeah let's toss him out because he's having a bad outing. I can't believe this is even being discussed. And who says the Reds can't have Thompson AND Bailey? The more good pitching a team has in the farm system the better they'll be later on.

That last AB by Bruce is why he shouldn't be called up just yet. With the arb numbers and DOA season for the Reds, there is no reason to rush him.

Many a folk here on Redzone have put Mr. Archonis on their ignore list. I just laugh every time he says something stupid. However, he isn't always wrong on some of his comments either.

It's never fun to strike out on 3 pitches, but I'd be willing to be that every player in the major leagues has done it at least once in their minor league careers.

    It happens.
