I don't think it's fair to call Cutch a thug. He's been a good dude and great player for them. I'd be pissed too if someone threw 100 mph at my head.

I wouldn't be shocked if Chapman did it on purpose, and if he did it might not be the worst idea in the world.

I don't know. Maybe he was just saving his arm...what's worse? a single 100mph fastball or 4 slow looping intentional walk pitches?

You don't live close enough to Pittsburgh, but he has a reputation.

At the head? Really? Not able to see it b/c at the beach, but at the head?!? I know it did not hit him in the head.

I have no problem the way that was handled. I liked Chapman walking in towards the plate not caring. I don't blame Cutch for being pissed either. I'm guessing it hurt like hell. Cutch seems a little silly to me for throwing a tantrum after the game where everyone can see it.

He should be more worried about backing up his other outfielders. That inside the park HR was his fault and could've been the difference in the game if Latos hadn't gone deep.

No, it didn't hit him in the head. But it was UP, I don't think that can be questioned. You really think that pitch is ok if it was a purpose pitch?

If it hit him in the leg, they might be calling him "crutch" tomorrow.

We can agree to disagree on that one. If you're going to hit him, plunk him in the behind. Don't throw it up there.
