Indy's Bush Stadium has a new use

You could live at the ballpark http://archpaper.com/news/articles.asp?id=6563
I've been to dinner at Jimmy Buffet's house, and I've eaten it at a homeless shelter. And there's great joy and harrowing terror to be found in both places.

So awesome!!! When the Durham Bulls moved into the new stadium years back they had originally planned to build the warehouse past/overlooking right field into condos. My dad put a bid in to get one for me when I graduated college and moved back home, but unfortunately they decided to go the office building route instead.

Without knowing anything about that part of town, I find this idea to be incredible. Just to have a view of a baseball diamond from your front window would make me feel better about life.

It is an incredibly cool idea and while that part of town is not exactly the ghetto, it is not to far from it.
