Second straight outing where he can't put guys away with two outs, then serves up a gourmet cookie and puts the team in a hole.

Welsh had just finished talking about how Cueto's demeanor on the mound is now like Greg Maddux's, driving himself to make good pitches.

Reds have played like absolute crap in September so far.

7 more innings to score 5 runs against the Astros defense... I think they can do it, personally.

Bunt it to the pitcher. Hijinks will ensue.

Reds finally get a base runner. 1 out double for Hanigan.

Cueto grounded out and BP struck out. 4-0 Houston after 3.

This game isn't much fun, think I'll go watch some football and hope I'm the one bringing the Reds this bad luck (well, me and Matt bleepin Dominguez) since they won yesterday when I couldn't watch the game.

BP strikes out after battling for 7 pitches... I was just thinking this guys curve looked very hittable, but BP swung right through it.

Just looking on yahoo, why the heck is he still in there? 9 hits in 3 1/3 isn't enough evidence?

Looks like batting practice for the old Colt 45's. The silver lining is we may get a look at Tony Cingrani in relief soon.

Got to get someone warmed up... Now two outs. If he can get out of this inning w/o any more damage I'm sure we'll see someone else next inning.
