The Beastie Boys are awesome. I always thought "Girls" was hilarious....

"Girls - To do the dishes, Girls - to clean up my room...."

From White Castle to the Nile.

Also, the whole "Paul's Boutique" album is very underrated.

I've seen a couple newer artists covering this song...and doing it well. Rufus Wainwright has a very good version, and I know that Fiona Apple has done it as well.

My favorite overlooked Elvis Costello song is "Shipbuilding", which may well be the ONLY song about the Falkland Islands War of 1982. I believe this song was also in the movie High Fidelity.

I always liked that song too. The story behind it (according to Paul) was that he has always been a very organized person and needs to have things well laid out and planned - nothing spur of the moment, no surprises.

Linda use to tell Paul - "Lets get in the car, loosen up, leave it all behind for a bit, and take a drive to nowhere."

Paul said that always scared him not knowing or having everything planned/laid out.

Thus came the song and the lyric..... "Two of us riding nowhere"
