just perusing through random stats on espn. look at the all time stolen base leaders and billy hamilton ranks #3.

I doubt our Billy never gets caught, but it would be awesome for him to get the minor league record and then be brought up and eventually get the major league record for all time SB too.

The record is 1406. Definitely within the realm of Billy Hamilton
    2015 Attendance 2-1 (4/6, 4/7,4/24)
    2014 Attendance 1-3 (3/31, 4/12, 8/14)
    2013 Attendance: 6-0 (4/3, 4/16, 4/17, 8/3, 8/21, 9/7)

I'm guessing they didn't keep track of CS's back before the turn of the century. The list is littered with zero CS's.

You don't know that. There's no way to know how he will hold up against pitching in the big leagues. I'm not sure if you're aware of this but you can't steal a base if you aren't on a base. So you can't say it is within his grasps. However you could say that he has the speed to do it provided he is on base enough.

This. Baseball-reference just leaves the CS column blank.

I had Billy Hamilton on some what-if-sports teams back in the day and there were CS stats on there but maybe they were projected?
