Hitters who avoid outs are the funnest.
It was tremendous. Nick Frost is a bad ass
Watched The Lincoln Lawyer on Netflix over the weekend..decent enough..strange thought while watching but I thought if they were looking for a 40-ish Batman that Mattthew Mconaughey(sp?) would've been better pick than Affleck.
+1 to The Lincoln Lawyer.
Ok against better judgement (yeah) I had delayed my viewing of 'Dredd' but it was just added to Netflix IS so I gave it a go.
Awesome. I mean, I knew people said good things about it but I wasn't prepared for how much I liked it.
Now I understand and yes, Karl Urban should've been the new Batman/Bruce Wayne.

Much better than the Stallone version - - but I think that goes without saying

I want to know when the RedsZone movie is coming out.
My wife told me that apparently women everywhere are having meltdowns over the casting of the 50 Shades of Grey movie. They cast Charlie Hunnam (aka Jax from Sons of Anarchy) in the lead role.
Hugs, smiling, and interactive Twitter accounts, don't mean winning baseball. Until this community understands that we are cursed to relive the madness.
I've read multiple articles about this, and I'm not buying it.
I think once you take the budget of these movies into consideration, this past summer was not nearly the success it's being made out to be. Most sequels/franchises, with their expensive special effects and the cost of luring acting talent back to the same concept (and they have leverage), have enormous budgets. This makes them much riskier, and it makes the margins much smaller. Why Hollywood can't see the potential in releasing lots of $10MM movies, with limited risk and huge potential, is beyond me...
George Lucas seems to think that basically only the blockbusters will be in theaters in the future and it will cost as much as a ticket to a Broadway show or an NFL game and the movies will be in theaters for around a year.
