Thread: Tuesday 6/9/09 Minor league Updates

Re: Tuesday 6/9/09 Minor league Updates

LeCure having one of his better outings of the year tonight in Louisville. Bankston has been killing the ball lately, I wish he had a better glove for 3rd, but anytime someone bunts or a tough play is to be made on the hot corner, he gets exposed as a mediocre fielder at best at this stage in his career. Go to examiner.com and search 'Louisvillle Bats' for info on the team all season (shameless plug).

Considering his ERA was absurdly high entering tonight, that's not saying much. But I get your point.

    Carolina tied in the 12th.

Ondrusek got a big K to end the 11th with the bases loaded.

    Heisey leads off the 12th

Cozart has 15 errors on the season. I didn't realize that. I was hoping he could take over at SS in the next year and a half or so.

Ondrusek finishes it for the win and keeps his ERA at 0.00.

How many were throwing that a MLB 1B would have caught? I don't know the answer, but errors shouldn't be the determining factor.

You might want to get a calculator, it's 63%.

Ha! I knew somebody would check it. Yes, it does round up to 63. Close enough for baseball.
