Ugh, Under the Dome was good, cheesy fun for me to watch this summer but that season finale the other night was totally LAME and now I'm bummed I spent my time watching it. Not sure if I'll be back for season two or not next summer.
"I tried to play golf, but I found out I wasn't very good." -Joey Votto on his offseason hobby search
An MLB.com reporter asked what one thing Votto couldn’t do. “I can’t skate or play hockey,” Votto said. “Well, I can skate ... but I can’t stop.”
I just saw an ad for "The Pete Holmes Show" on TBS. I love that dude, great stand up and he's the E*Trade baby but I can't imagine what he's going to do with TV show that would make it worth watching regularly. I'll certainly give it a shot just because I'm a fan but there's no way it lasts long.
"I know a lot about the law and various other lawyerings."
Hitters who avoid outs are the funnest.
Always Sunny's most recent episode was one of their best in a long time. Crapped all over the Emmy's in terms of "Best Bar Awards".

I've seen several episodes of SyFy's Haven, but given that I can't keep up with anything, I've seen them out of order and been confused. I've started watching the series from the beginning on Netflix and think this might be a long-term diversion. A bit lighter than the other show I'm trying to catch up on, Breaking Bad.
It is on the whole probable that we continually dream, but that consciousness makes such a noise that we do not hear it. Carl Jung.
Agents of SHIELD debuts in two days!
I watched "Blacklist" and "Mom" last night and enjoyed both. "Blacklist" I think is going to be really cool. I hope they don't go to procedural with it, but I like the concept.
"Mom" I thought I was going to hate and laughed through the whole thing. Anna Farris is great in it.
"Brooklyn Nine-Nine" was pretty funny. As with most pilots, it was uneven but it's got real comedy potential.

Agents of SHIELD in four minutes!
I am loving Brooklyn Nine-Nine.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D was O.K.A.Y.
Hugs, smiling, and interactive Twitter accounts, don't mean winning baseball. Until this community understands that we are cursed to relive the madness.
I was a bit "Meh" over Moms. It may improve, I'll give it a few before I pass judgement.
I'm looking forward to Robin William's new one, and The Millers. Hopefully those don't disappoint.
I would have liked to watch Agents Of S.H.E.I.L.D., but they just HAD to put it on opposite NCIS and *that* I don't miss. They need to put it on friday nights, there's not much to watch on fridays.

I was going thru the channels and caught a scene in the current season Boardwalk Empire that got me hooked. I am now halfway through season 1 from HBO on demand.
