    ESPN the Mag

When does the issue with the Votto article hit newsstands?

Was this a national or regional cover?

National cover- everyone gets to see Joey's beautiful face. It's been out for about a week. Despite the great article on Joey, they pick the Cardinals to win the division, with the Reds winning the Wild Card

Even with the bad news of Chapman out of the rotation the Reds are clearly better than the Cards...on paper.

Yeah it doesn't really make sense they list each team's best and worst case scenarios. They have the Reds between 86 and 97 wins and the Cardinals between 83 and 90 wins, but have the Cardinals winning the division. I guess they expect everything to go right for the Cardinals and wrong for the Reds this year

Also Tim Kurkjian predicted the standings, but on ESPN.com has the Reds winning the division. The magazine was published before the Chapman decision, so maybe he thinks we're better with him in the bullpen

I'd love to see a statistic on how often these major outlets are correct with their predictions
