    johnny vander m

Anyone know what happened to him? Wetzel, wasn't it?
I've been to dinner at Jimmy Buffet's house, and I've eaten it at a homeless shelter. And there's great joy and harrowing terror to be found in both places.

Know him well, but haven't heard from him in awhile. He and I use to email each other quite frequently. The last I talked to him (almost 2 yrs ago) he was disgusted over a "situation" that occurred between him and a couple of members and said he was leaving and never coming back.

Pitched a couple no hitters, but that's been a while.

The Wetz is with you----but he doesn't comment a lot.

He drops in occasionally. Reads but doesn't comment. He's just too busy with his harm of 25 y.o. girlfriends.

Always liked Wetzel. There are a lot of folks that don't say much anymore.

And there are some who say too much!

I haven't heard anything from Red Leader in awhile either.

And of course we all miss creek.

Last I heard, she was wandering around Phoenix during the last couple weeks of the regular season.

I was asking about him a while back. I think they said his wife had a baby and his home computer broke so he doesn't have much time to check in these days.

And speaking of johnny, I just noticed that he's lurking in this thread. Either this is a big coincidence or someone called/emailed him.

Johnny disappeared a couple of years ago but eventually resurfaced. He is a good guy and a missed poster for sure.

I just received an e-mail from our old friend. He sounds like he is doing great.

Or, like me, he constantly searches for threads with "johnny" in the title...

He posted in a thread here this week. I don't remember which one.

He posted on the 'Movies You Can Watch Over and Over' thread. He said he has seen Blazing Saddles lots of times and told us to watch out for a 70's TV-movie called Evil Roy Slade.

Hey, it is good to have the big guy back. This board needs all of the old-timers it can get.

Oh I am fine, having more fun than the law should allow. Ask Rem and CQ.
Thanks for asking and thinking guys.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year my friends.
