    OCab, RBI man supreme here.

Man, hate to see that on a 2-0 count.

    2-2 heading into 8th

Alonso isn't eligible for the playoff roster, is he? Think he was called up on the first. Fransisco was called up in August.
Games are won on run differential -- scoring more than your opponent. Runs are runs, scored or prevented they all count the same. Worry about scoring more and allowing fewer, not which positions contribute to which side of the equation or how "consistent" you are at your current level of performance.

    Those things aren't mutually exclusive.

He doesn't really have a choice. Dusty has to roll with Alonso and Francisco off the bench.
