13 teams! This league is the biggest one I've ever been in. I hope we can get 7 more people to join that will be interesting.
I noticed you changed the completion points to one. That won't work; every QB will have negative points in that ratio. A guy that goes 20 for 25 will have -5 points.
It wouldn't hurt my feelings if that part of scoring for QB's was taken out.

Josh is right. It's 1 point per completion, and -1 for incompletions. So your example would net the QB 15 points.
If everyone wants to drop the completions, receptions and other similar qualifiers, let me know, I'm fine with it.

This gonna be a deep sucker! Around 260 players deep.

So what's our next step in this thing?
Oh, I see the live draft is set for Monday the 3rd at 3:00 P.M. I've never done these things before. How will that work? What if we aren't able to be around then?

Got 14 teams now. If we get many more [which is ok] I'll probably only have one starting QB per week so as to balance things better.

Two starting QB's is too many. We need one person for 16 teams. That is thinning it out pretty good. I'd like to see: Qb, RB, RB, WR, WR, TE, WR/TE, K, Def.

Please, no defensive players. It just makes things too complicated. Picking one starting defense is enough.
Also, how firm is the 3:00 draft time? Earlier in the day would be preferable for me but I can make arrangements if no one else feels the same.
