So someone will offer us a bucket of BP balls and a dirty jock strap to be named later just to get his sorry ass out of the organization!

I'd really like Bruce to get a Sept. callup. Giving him a taste of the majors will make it an easier adjustment when he gets called up for good next season.

Nice stat-builder game for the Dragons' offense. I'll let reds44 do the rundown, because it's too hard to show who did what in that game.

Dragons ended up winning 20-3, and every single hitter had at least one hit (except Stubbs...though he had 3 walks, scored 4 runs, and had 2 stolen bases). Heisey with another HR late in the game along with another hit and 3 walks, and Cozart was on base with 1 hit and 3 walks.

Yep, repeated at-bats at that level to build the confidence physically, emotionally, and mentally.

    Re: July 5th Minors Updates

It's now 12-10 Billings after five innings. Waring is now 3-for-3 with a double, homerun, single, and walk. He only needs a triple for the cycle. Through 76 professional atbats, Waring is hitting .323/.421/.569 - .990 OPS. That Billings offense is tough, but will only get better when Blake Stouffer signs and is ready to play. I also look for Nefi Soto to finish the season in Billings.
