It isnt like EE is starting at first so it doesn't look like Votto will play alot in left field

Dickerson is playing RF now, so the Bats definatley were not "short" and outfielder.

I know, but he has been for awhile now.

They have Edwards, Dickerson, and Wise all in the OF.

Both Votto and Dorn came into this season trying to prove they weren't a fluke. It's good to see them both tearing it up in May after terrible opening months.

Medlock threw a scoreless 7th inning in relief of Fisher. Carlos Fisher has been terrific this year, expecially since his promotion to Chattanooga. After three starts in AA, Fisher's numbers look like this: 18 IP, 15 H, 5 BB, 23 K, 1.50 ERA, 1.11 WHIP, 11.5 K/9

If he keeps dominating like this, could Fisher spend the second half in Lousville?

Age was really the only knock on him, and a dominating promotion to AA was a great way to silence that criticism. He's been growing on me all year long. He gets groundballs, throws it over the plate, and has rung up a very impressive K rate so far this season.

Carson Kainer tripled and finished 3-for-5 with a homerun, triple, and single. Bruce was 0-for-3 with two walks. Sarasota won 11-3.

Votto was trying to prove he wasnt a fluke? The only thing that looked 'fluky' in Vottos career was a real bad 2005....

Agreed. Votto is a legit prospect who struggled in a pitcher friendly league while constantly having to hit from behind in the count due to Dan O'Brien's stupid take the first pitch rule.
