Bailey and LeCure on rehab assignments

I just heard on the Bats broadcast that Bailey and LeCure will join them tomorrow on rehab and pitch on the current roadtrip. Good to hear that they will be back soon!

Bailey hasn't been shut down long. If he performs well in his first start, it may be his only rehab start. He's the best pitcher we have when healthy, so as far as I'm concerned, the sooner he's in Red the better.

Getting Homer and Sam back to the Reds will even out some of the pitching problems we've been having lately. Hope things go well for both of them.

Kinda off-topic, but what's with the pic of Leake in a #15 jersey? Leake has worn #44 ever since he first came up.

I'd rather listen to Kelch read the phone book than suffer through Thom Brennaman's attempt to make every instance on the field the most important event since the discovery of manned space flight. -westofyou

The Leake pic. you posted. He's wearing #15 on his jersey. Just wondering if you know when that shot came from, since he never wore #15 with the Reds.

Maybe he "borrowed" it from the Big Red Machine exhibit at the Reds HOF?

    Mike -

If that's a recent photo, cease & desist.
