I like Leake, but he's just not this good right NOW.
He's had 3 outstanding performances so far, but let's not get ahead of ourselves.

Cingrani has done enough to keep pitching. Leake to the pen where he belongs. Not arroyo, not sure what those posts were about. Who would be the odd man out in the pen?

I'll def pay attention to all post game comments today

Leake to the pen makes NO sense for me. He's a slow-starter in ball games and routinely pitches better in later innings than he does in the first inning.

Manny Parra needs to be the one to go from the 'pen and Leake can be stashed in AAA.

A lot of people were saying so in early 2010.

Speaking of scary, anytime Leake or parra are in, I'm scared. Parra has no use and neither does Leake. You need a guy that comes in as an innings eater when you are losing big. That could be Leake.

No way the Reds send this guy back down. What's the latest timetable on Cueto's return?

Nope, but maybe Cingrani isn't Superman either. I love what he's done, but it's three starts. Lots of really good three start stretches. Even the wretched Mike Leake had a pretty good run of them.

I understand all of this but what I'm saying who is more likely to shut a team down Cingrani or Leake with there best stuff? It just feels like whenever Leake is on he still gives up 2.

Unless something changes that will not work out, Leake gets hammered early. Over the last 3 seasons his 1st 15 pitches get lit up like a xmas tree

Anytime Leake pitches, there is a good chance the reds lose. Game 4 of the NLDS (2012) with Leake? The guy was left off of the initial 25 man postseason roster for a reason, and he hasn't gotten better stuff since then.

    When is Cueto back?
