Perhaps, but I also think my expectations are realistic.

I predict Hanigan gets eaten up by AL East pitchers. Not a big stretch in that prediction.
Lol, on trade rumors someone says this means David pryce is gone?! Wth?

I would have guessed Ryan Hanigan to have next to zero trade value.
So, I guess even a bag of baseballs coming back would constitute quality value.
Cincinnati Reds: Farm System Champions 2022
Dom Heffner (12-03-2013)
I hope for an arm that is in the top 20 of some teams prospect rankings. A lottery ticket basically.
Kids I'd be interested in from the Rays system - Enny Romero, Jesse Hahn and Ryan Brett. Hak-Ju Lee would be interesting dependent on how his knee is recovering from ligament damage. In fact, Lee would be my primary target if his prognosis is promising.
Beckham is the kind of player JimBo used to have a fetish for (hype>>>performance).
I'm not a system player. I am a system.
Would be very happy with Blake Snell, Richie Shaffer or Hak-Ju Lee.
Would be moderately happy with Tim Beckham.
Would be disappointed but certainly not shocked if it's someone in their org outside of the top 15 prospects we've never heard of.

Could be DeJesus maybe?
I'm hoping the 3 team report leads to someone else coming to Cincinnati other than a Rays player, they wouldn't get rid of a quality affordable player. Beckham sounds nice, but he's not going to change the team next year for the better. Perhaps it's a player the Reds scouted that no one could predict but that they like a lot. I'm thinking a nice bullpen arm with upside would be good. I'd settle for a low A player if it meant better quality return. But that leaves out the 2014 plan.
