Nine straight quality starts and the record is 4-5. Five games where we score one run. Tied in runs 27-27. Reckon the brain trust can see the problem? Two shutouts of 5-0 and 6-0--take them out and we're outscored 16-27.

Once they go back to GABP....it suddenly will not be a problem again and the heads will be buried again.

Take out the two shutouts and we're averaging 2.3 runs a game and the other guys 3.8. Offense is the problem and trash bin band aids are not the answer.

Can't get onboard with this. They haven't exactly out-hit their opponents at GABP, and the starting pitching the last month+ has been as about as steady as any team I've seen 1-5.

Their lineup and lack of depth is killing them and will, unless they make trades.

I`m not sure what good it does to take out two good games, they still occured. If you take out our two worse during that period we outscored the opponents 26-18.

BTW, there was no 5-0 shutout. And only 3 games where we scored only one run (plus one shutout).

BTW, scoring as many runs as the opponents during the first 9 games of a killer 11 game west coast road trip is something we all would have taken. Sure we all want to score more, but our pitching has been superb, and pitching is what wins in the long run.
