The only explanation I can think of is that Haden is letting Kiffin stay in place until the scholarship restrictions are lifted. Kiffin is still recruiting very well, so perhaps Haden allows him to continue stack the roster (as well as it can be stacked considering the scholly limits), and then fires him once the job is at the height of its attractiveness (full scholarship allotment with a roster of 4 and 5-star players).Originally Posted by 19braves77

This is year 1 of 75 and 15 per year limits.
They can grab a class of up to 18 this year (as long as three are early enrollees) but the next two years its 15 player class sizes max.

From what I've read, USC is killing it this year in recruiting (not much changes I guess). As long as they don't have too many "busts" nor too many injuries, they should come of their sanctions pretty strong.
