    Ryan Howard Strikeout Watch

    190 and counting. He would've already broke the record if he wasn't injured earlier this season. The Phillies have 9 more games so 6 strikeouts in 9 games isn't a stretch for this guy. I'm going to say he'll break the record

    I love this thread.

    And not only is it not a stretch (for him to reach 196 Ks), I'd be shocked if he didn't break the record within 5 games. Dude strikes out (and produces immensely) like nobody's business.

    yet he's still productive, so there's no way they can sit him while they're in the midst of a pennant race. Looks like Dunn's record is going to fall. Wonder how he feels about that...
