They are a major league ballclub, and they were coming off a road sweep at Tampa coming into this weekend. They're not great, but they are capable. We caught a break this weekend by missing Santana and Dickey.
Common sense and instinct and it depends on the pitcher.
Seaver has joined Hernandez and Kiner in the booth and its really entertaining, as was the Valdez hit. Kiner is a blast.
Cueto pretty routinely goes up to 110 pitches. I don't think 10 more necessarily warrant an extra day of rest. At least it doesn't seem like a common-sense number.
