Heck of a play by Cozy. 6-4-3 DP.

Not worried at all. Reds will win this game.

Reminds me of a Greg Maddux game. No intensity. Offense raised the white flag before the first pitch.

And I said hit. Choo's walk last inning with a man on second was an "ok" result but he needs to hit.

You can't rely on Bruce, he's a feast or famine and you never know which.
The righties are going to have trouble with tough righthanders, the Reds RHH aren't special.

Choo and Votto have to pick it up or the Reds will soon be 6 games out.
If someone with some plate discipline batted second, we would have had something. He swung at the first two pitches after a 12 pitch AB

Brandon may have come back too soon. He really looks out of sync tonight. At the plate AND in the field.

I agree. Another Dusty rule... give the player one more day off then he needs

I think we DISagree. I think Brandon came back TOO soon. Dusty let him back in because of the presumed importance of this series. I like the Dusty rule of one more extra day to make sure...seems to me that he didn't follow his own rule with Phillips this time.

I really don't plan to discuss Cozart hitting second any more. It's ruining RedsZone. It's everyone's answer to everything.

Choo is supposedly one of the two best hitters against righties. This is a tough righty. Choo, Votto and Bruce have to lead the way against this guy. I am not impressed by Choo's long at bat walk.

No way to know whose right. Phillips needed at least an AB in a real game to test the forearm protector ... if these games are so important

Mesoraco dribbles one in front of the plate, Frasier to second.
