I suggest going back and reading the first 7 innings of the game thread yesterday right now.

    Fun stuff.

Only 1.5 behind STL and 6 up on the 2nd WC.

His command the previous two innings was not nearly as sharp. I just figure it's a matter of not being comfortable running him back out there another inning.

Regardless, I can't fathom why anyone wouldn't want Chapman out there closing the door in that situation like he just did. That's what you call nailing the door shut!

Boy, when Chapman gets his slider working, he's Dibble-esque.

Ya but the game of baseball has never seen anything like Chapman.

not to mention, batting averages go up normally, more times you face the same pitcher in the same game.

If it were 4-0 I say let him try and finish, however, 2-0...no way. Bring in Chapman.

Latos had "perfect games" stuff out there tonight, but it takes A ton of luck to get a no hitter.

Hard to ever argue that bringing in Chapman doesn't increase your chances of wining.

i knew something's been missing with these guys all year and tonight I figured out what it was. I expect ludwick to struggle for awhile but he just makes this team look a lot better by being out there. Lets go on a winning streak now.

Florimon...not Casilla. Dozier made a play the Reds tv announcers need to watch.

Pure dominance by Latos and Chapman. The trade for Latos is one of the best trades the Reds have ever made.
