    Would you prefer

    A. Make the playoffs and extend Dusty
    B. Not make the playoffs and hire a new manager

I have a hunch a lot on here would far prefer losing games so they do not have to be saddled with a manager that hate so deeply.

I would say a lot of the haters on here would rather go 40-122 rather than have a playoff appearance with Dusty, the hate for the man is deep and rather sad

    That's quite hyperbolic.

So your gonna sit on your couch and watch the rest of this season and root against the team you claim to be a fan of?

No. I'm caught between a rock and a hard place.

I answered truthfully because it was a straight-forward question and I know where EMAW stands.

Just to be clear, though....Baker bashers have just as much right to charge apologists with not being good Reds fans as vice versa. I'm not doing that. I'm just stating that I can't stomach Baker and that I think he's a sorry excuse for a manager. Short term or long term, the organization is better off without him, IMO.

The bottom line as always is team performance.

Your kidding right!!!! a true fan roots for his team to win regardless of who is on the team. The only time I could see rooting against your favorite team is if they signed a murderer or something like that. But to root against them just because you think the manager is no good....to me that is moronic. If the bottom line is team performance...then how can you be against him at this point. The team is 9 games over .500.....I just don't get it with people. But at least he manned up and said what his view is on this. There are many others that have basically said this same thing but haven't manned up yet.

By the way...I choose the Reds winning.....ALWAYS!!!!
