Wish he could get it over the plate.
Ondrusek walked the first batter he faced in the ninth. LeCure walked the first batter he faced in the tenth. Arredondo quite often walks the first batter he faces.

Still though, 1 run from our offense. They're losing games for us.
You could argue that Willie Harris' problems are due to not getting enough work. Like with Bray, its not a very persuasive argument.

True, not sure why Jocketty gets a free pass.

Bray has been a solid reliever for us in the past. Willie Harris is just a bad baseball player.

Except you can't make that argument. Harris has 19 at-bats in 11 games. It does not hold water.

How about getting a bunt down. How many players were sent up to get a bunt down and did not get the job done. If Phillips gets a bunt down, then they score two runs on cozarts hit. Players need to execute.

Bad offense or not, he's still got a job to do when he's in there. There's NO excuse for the walks. None.
Rounding third and heading for home...

Well when they do it with the winning run on second, in an appearance right after they just gave up the game winning Home Run, I'll complain about them too. Bad pitching.

This offense is playing like crap and nothing else really matters. One or two runs a game is gonna get you about 50 wins. If you're lucky.

At some point they need a line drive gapper to RCF or LCF

Of course they need to get the bunts down....then they need hits too

And lol, Willie Harris is batting .056. If he can't even bunt then he serves no purpose to our bench.

I understand what you are saying, but how much faith did you have in the offense to score before the cardinals did. If they could get a bunt down or not take strike three, bray never has to pitch. Bray was not good, but this is just another game where they wasted another good pitching performance.
