FCB would hate this team. He would go on and on about the Cardinals and Pirates pitching and how the Reds are done. And I'd love it!

(Yes, I'm exaggerating )
[Phil ] Castellini celebrated the team's farm system and noted the team had promising prospects who would one day be great Reds -- and then joke then they'd be ex-Reds, saying "of course we're going to lose them". #SellTheTeamBob

FCB was not a Reds fan. He was a troll. He was only right during the lost decade because he continually bet against the Reds. He would be wrong most of the time since then.
RedsZone loves to complain how we could have lost a game we actually won.

Falls City Beer was definitely a Reds fan, and he was a big part of the fabric of Redszone.
His banning was a relative injustice.

To be fair, FCB did kind of go off the rails in 2010. He didn't change his style one bit even when the Reds started winning, predicting that the Reds would collapse and finish the year at 82 wins. Still, I don't think he should have gotten banned.

I've been to dinner at Jimmy Buffet's house, and I've eaten it at a homeless shelter. And there's great joy and harrowing terror to be found in both places.
