IMO his banning is probably due for a retrial, as his behavior was not as bad as others is this day
I would agree. I miss FCB. The Jimmy Haynes firstborn bet will go down in Redszone lore. He was proven right in large part by the Lost Decade.

Another complaint - Six inning wins. Just not fair to the opposition and bad tact for a host.

He was right a lot of the time.
All my posts are my opinion - just like yours are. If I forget to state it and you're too dense to see the obvious, look here!

FCB would hate this team. He would go on and on about the Cardinals and Pirates pitching and how the Reds are done. And I'd love it!

Starting a new thread instead of putting your post at the end of a related 20 page thread that has not been active for 3 months

    (Yes, I'm exaggerating )
[Phil ] Castellini celebrated the team's farm system and noted the team had promising prospects who would one day be great Reds -- and then joke then they'd be ex-Reds, saying "of course we're going to lose them". #SellTheTeamBob

FCB was not a Reds fan. He was a troll. He was only right during the lost decade because he continually bet against the Reds. He would be wrong most of the time since then.

RedsZone loves to complain how we could have lost a game we actually won.

No he's a Reds fan and he grew up in Cincinnati, and he wasn't a troll he was a pain in the butt sometimes but then again who here isn't (I know I can be)

Absolutely false. FCB was a hardcore Reds fan that tended to the melancholic. He was downright hilarious and ate his crow when he was wrong.

Falls City Beer was definitely a Reds fan, and he was a big part of the fabric of Redszone.

His banning was a relative injustice.

To be fair, FCB did kind of go off the rails in 2010. He didn't change his style one bit even when the Reds started winning, predicting that the Reds would collapse and finish the year at 82 wins. Still, I don't think he should have gotten banned.

And Wily Mo Pena's contract not being reworked so as to option him to AAA.

I don't remember Jim Coombs ever complaining, It would be so un-Jim Coombs, I guess
