Yeah, I wish we knew more about the DSL guys, as a rule. Hector Vargas is only 18 and has shown a terrific capacity to get on base--albeit, in a league with a lot of wild pitchers. Luis Gonzalez, who hasn't hit anything like Vargas, just turned 19. Carlton Daal, in Billings after a few games in the AZL, has received very good reviews but is just getting started. It's so hard to get a read on those guys. Humberto Valor has been in the system for four years and, besides his mediocre numbers, I couldn't tell you a thing about him.
