Barnhart has no power and his defensive tools aren't really that good. They are average-ish across the board. He is a real smart player, but tools wise he isn't exactly top of the line.
Fleury, I like his bat a little bit, but I still don't know how I feel about him sticking at catcher.
I just feel that Felix Perez has the upside of a starting outfielder (not a ton of praise), but his floor is probably that of a 5th outfielder too. Barnhart could have the ceiling of Jason Kendall at the plate, but his floor is incredibly low at this point because he has yet to even see full season ball. Fluery has some patience and some power, but there are some questions about his ability to stay at catcher and if he isn't a catcher, his bat isn't nearly as nice.
