Partch was terrible in spring training, but it seems he's turned the corner in Louisville. He's K's 20 in his last 15 innings. The Reds have been high on him for awhile, despite mediocre stats until now.

Partch is a big boy at 6-5, 240. He's been doing well lately. Misses bats more than Ondrusek. Not sure about Partch, but we know Logan is purely a 12th man type. Can't hurt really.

We're 4 games behind our chief rival in the division with a few key players battling injuries and our bullpen is a complete disaster.The sad part is that some actually think our season needs saving.
Season's far from over, but we're a long way from toasting to consecutive pennants much less playoff appearances. I think most people's concerns are valid, if not the way in which they express them.

The pitcher I most remember getting absolutely shelled in ST was Josh Ravin. If Ravin comes up before the ASB, I'll be looking for the Reds to have a fire sale in the ensuing months, because things would really be getting desperate.
